This lovely Estes Park, CO vacation rental (2013) with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and sleeps up to 8.  It is strictly non-smoking. Inside the house are plenty of opportunities for togetherness but plenty of space to spread out.

The main floor consists of a living room with fireplace, dining area, kitchen,, master bedroom (queen) and bath, plus a half-bath.  The lower level has a family room, two bedrooms with attached baths, laundry room and patio. The deck and patio on the west side of the house have wonderful views of the mountain ranges, stream and golf course.

 

The expandable dining table accommodates 8 or more and there is seating at the island in the kitchen. The table on the deck also seats 8.

There are three bedrooms – an upstairs master bedroom and two guest bedrooms on the lower level. One guest room has a queen and the other has two twins. There’s also a fold-out couch in the lower level living area. The master has a chest of drawers as well as a large walk-in closet and a linen closet. The two guest bedrooms have six-foot closets with shelves and hanging space.

Each bedroom has an attached bath. The master bath has a large tub, walk-in shower with glass door, walk-in closet, two sinks and a linen closet. Each guest bath has a shower/tub and single sink. The half bath off the main living area has a sink and toilet.

The house is just large enough to provide some away space for those seeking a little bit of quiet time, too.  The upstairs deck and a downstairs patio provide additional spots for taking in the view. There is a nice collection of games and puzzles as well as two Smart TVs for access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc., and bluetooth or wired speakers to connect to your own devices. 

The full walkout lower level has another living room, laundry room and the 2 bedrooms. The patio under the deck provides an additional seating and playing area and has direct access to the stream.

There is access to the walking path to the lake and downtown from the sidewalk a few doors down from us.

Air conditioning and wireless internet are provided. The televisions in the lower level living room and the master bedroom can connect with your devices or you can sign into your Netflix, Amazon Prime or Hulu accounts. Cable can be turned on for guests on request. Current cable list. There is a collection of board games on the lower level.
