Rates on our AirBnB listing are kept current (the regular rate is currently $390 plus 14.5% tax plus $205 housekeeping fee). In the off-season (Nov to mid-May) the rate is $275 a night plus the 14.5% tax and housekeeping of $200. Contact us directly with questions or to reserve and avoid online booking fees. 🙂

There is a minimum 5-night rental in high season, and shorter stays can be arranged in the off-season. Longer stays or last-minute rentals often qualify for a discount, especially in the off-season. Don’t hesitate to ask us!

Check availability on the calendar below, have a look at the house rules and email us to request your dates. When you send your email, please include the following:

Number of adults, number of children (our max is 8, including infants)
Confirm that there are no smokers in your group and you are not bringing pets
Confirm that you have read the neighborhood rules and the house rules.
